Berea City Club Donation Request Form

This form is to be used to submit funding requests to The Berea City Club, Inc. for consideration. Please fill out each question below (if applicable), and click Submit, which will forward this request to requests@bereacityclub.org for review.

The funding request is to be consistent with the mission of The Berea City Club, Inc. which is “to promote positive civic interests for the betterment of the community of Berea, Ohio”. The funding request will first be considered by the Disbursement Committee before it can be presented to the entire club for consideration and possible approval.

The Berea City Club By-Laws requires that any significant funding request go through a more extensive review and approval process. Since the Club meets on a monthly basis, the approval of any funding request may take several months.

Any organization seeking funding from the The Berea City Club, Inc. cannot be a for-profit entity.
